Head Coach/Founder
Mark Haroun founder of MPWR Training, and MPWR Kids. A certified Crossfit, Strength & Conditioning and Functional Bodybuilding coach and a nutritionist with over 8 years of experience in fitness and functional training.
I am a proud husband and father of 3 boys. I’ve dedicated my career to helping people with busy lives to unlock their full potential and transform their bodies and mindsets through hard work, discipline, and consistency.

The Revive Project
The Revive Project is our Bespoke Program allows you to get everything personalized to reach to your desired goals in 12 weeks only. We Empower you through TRAINING to REVIVE BODY, MIND, & SPIRIT, to CONQUER at every area of your life "The TRAIN, REVIE, CONQUER. Approach" We create an environment where you can learn and develop to unlock your full potential. We work together 1:1 to create a Customized Training & Nutrition Plan that is realistic and successful. Our training approach is different to improve you Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, & Spiritually. The focus is results driven using the +1 theory for a steady and faster and improved results. We keep it basic and simple and no nonsense methods.

The first week is all about getting familiar with login your food diary into MyFitnessPal App by following your current eating habits.

You will be given your Scheduled meal plan based on your macro split based on your goal after your first week of establishment.

You will be given a variety of meal options based on your macros.

You will learn how to eyeball your food portions and how to make the right food choices.
Efficient Training Program

A wide variety of training programs, varies between functional fitness and functional bodybuilding, which will help you to reach the goals you desire, by burning more calories and build lean muscle mass, without spending hours on the cardio machines.

Trining time varies between 45 min to 75 minutes per session, depending on your goals and availability.

Train at home with minimal equipment or body weight option.
